What we treat
Twelve areas of focused, doctor-led physical therapy, every one delivered in your own home, anywhere in Naples and Collier County.
Focused care for the thing that is actually wrong
Every plan starts with a full evaluation. We find the root cause rather than chasing the symptom, then build treatment around the activity you want back.
Back Pain
Most back pain is not solved by rest alone. We assess how your hips, core and spine move together, use hands-on techniques to settle the painful tissue, then rebuild the strength and mobility that keeps it from returning.
Neck Pain
Stiff necks come with headaches, poor sleep and a limited turn when you back out of the driveway. We combine gentle manual therapy with posture and deep-neck strengthening to restore comfortable motion.
Knee Rehab
Whether it is a meniscus tear, arthritis or post-operative weakness, we rebuild quad and hip strength in the right order, retrain your walking pattern, and get you up and down stairs with confidence again.
Shoulder Rehab
Rotator cuff strains, frozen shoulder, labrum injuries and post-surgical stiffness. We restore range of motion first, then build the rotator cuff and scapular control that keeps the joint tracking properly.
Joint Replacement Recovery
New hip or knee? We follow your surgeon's protocol closely while pushing the range of motion, strength and walking mechanics that determine how good your outcome ends up being.
Balance & Fall Prevention
Falls are not an inevitable part of aging. We test your balance systems, address the one that is failing, and build the strength and reaction speed that keeps a stumble from becoming a fracture.
Parkinson's & Neurological
Large-amplitude movement training, gait work and balance retraining that directly target the stiffness, shuffling and freezing that come with Parkinson's and other neurological conditions.
Arthritis Management
The goal is keeping joints moving without flaring them. We find the load your joints tolerate, build strength around them, and give you a plan you can sustain on good days and bad.
Auto Injury Rehab
Whiplash, back pain and the stiffness that shows up days after a collision. We document carefully and treat thoroughly so you recover properly rather than living with it.
Plantar Fasciitis
That first step out of bed should not be the worst part of your day. We combine calf and plantar fascia work, strengthening and gait correction to resolve it rather than manage it forever.
Muscle Strains & Sprains
Progressive loading that respects tissue healing, so you return to your sport or your job at full strength, and with the weak link that caused the injury actually addressed.
Post-Surgical & General Debility
After surgery, illness or a hospital stay, strength disappears fast. We rebuild endurance and function one safe, measured step at a time until you are back to independent.
What a home visit looks like
Full evaluation
We measure strength, range of motion, balance and how you actually move through your home. You will understand what is happening and why, in plain language.
Hands-on treatment
Manual therapy to settle painful tissue, then targeted exercise loaded correctly for the stage you are at. All of it supervised, all of it adjusted in real time.
A plan you can keep
You finish each visit with a short home program using what you already own. No gym membership, no equipment you will never buy.

Your home is the best treatment room
In a clinic, we can only guess how you manage at home. On a home visit, we can see it, and fix it. The stairs you avoid, the tub you cannot step into, the chair that takes three tries to get out of.
- Skills transfer immediately because there is nothing to transfer
- No missed appointments from transport problems or bad weather
- Safer recovery, no driving home tired and sore after a session
- Family can take part, so your support system knows how to help
Good to know
Do I need a referral from my doctor?
Florida allows direct access to physical therapy, so you can be evaluated without a physician referral. Depending on your plan and how long treatment continues, a referral may be needed for insurance purposes or after a set number of visits. Call us and we will walk you through exactly what applies to your situation.
What areas do you travel to?
We serve Naples and the surrounding Collier County communities, including North Naples, East Naples, Golden Gate, Marco Island and the Estero and Bonita Springs areas. If you are not sure whether you are in range, just call and ask.
What should I have ready for my first visit?
Have your insurance card and photo ID handy, wear comfortable clothing you can move in, and clear a small open space. A living room floor is plenty. If you have had imaging or surgery recently, having those reports available is helpful but not required.
How long is each session?
Plan on about an hour, and it is a full hour with your doctor of physical therapy. We do not rotate you between stations or hand you off to an aide.
Do you take insurance?
Coverage varies by plan, and mobile outpatient therapy is handled differently by different insurers. Call us with your insurance information and we will verify your benefits and explain your options before you commit to anything.
How many visits will I need?
It depends entirely on the condition and your goals. Some people need a handful of visits, others need several weeks. After your evaluation we will give you a realistic estimate rather than an open-ended plan.
Not sure which one fits?
That is exactly what the free consultation is for. Describe what is going on and we will point you in the right direction, even if that turns out not to be us.
